Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR SALES/RENT TO OWN

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY SADDLE BROOKE DREAMBUILDERS, LLC WEBSITE OR COMMENCING ANY TRANSACTION WITH SADDLEBROOK DREAMBUILDERS AS THEY MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. THIS POLICY IS INCLUSIVE AND PART AND PARCEL OF THE TERMS OF USE AS PROVIDED ON THE SADDLE BROOK DREAMBUILDERS WEBSITE AND ANY INVOICE, ORDER, OR CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY.

The following Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") is applicable to the websites, social media sites and handles operated by Saddle Brooke Dreambuilders, LLC, which includes https://saddlebrooke.shedsuite.com and https://saddlebrookedreambuilders.com (each, a "Property," collectively, the "Properties"). Hereafter in this documentation, any customer who visits or enteres into a transaction of any kind for products with Saddle Brook Dreambuilders, LLC shall be referred to as “Customer” and Saddle Brooke Dreambuilders, LLC and its affiliates, partners, representatives, employees, and contractors will be referred to as "Saddle Brooke," "us," or "we."

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time. Please check this Policy periodically for changes.

Orders for standard portable building(s) may be canceled by Customer at any time before delivery. If Customer cancels such an order, Saddle Brook has the option to charge the Customer a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total purchase price plus delivery fees, taxes and other applicable fees (“Restocking Fees”). Such Restocking Fee will (I) be retained by Saddle Brook if Customer has paid all of the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price equaling or exceeding 10% of the purchase price at the time of cancellation, provided that Saddle Brook will refund to Customer all amounts in excess of the Restocking Fee, or (II) be immediately due and payable by Customer to Saddle Brook at the time of cancellation if Customer has paid none of the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price equaling less than 10% of the purchase price; provided that Saddle Brook may apply an additional restocking fee of 20% against any amounts then paid by Customer for any custom build or custom painted portable building(s) which purchases may not be canceled except with prior written consent of Saddle Brook, which consent may not be withheld for any reason or no reason.

CUSTOMER SHALL NOT RETURN OR RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ANY PORTABLE BUILDING(S) WHICH ARE RENT TO OWN OR DELIVERED AND CUSTOMER EXECUTED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INSPECTION, APPROVAL, AND RECEIPTOF SUCH PROTABLE BUILDING(S).
